It’s a much more positive spin on situations which might otherwise be perceived as being negative
Sorry is a feeling...you feel sorry for being the reason for discomfort. Thats what we all learned during our schooling. The counter part has no sorry feeling even one being at fault rather it's an authorative was of expression in more polished way. Gives impression like others are taken for granted. Which one to use also depends on the role or title you are holding in an organization. Imagine a situation with an entery level candidate and C level person. I think we can use any of them depending upon the situation, audience and role. Thank you
Let's break free from the 'sorry' trap and ignite a culture of empowerment and collaboration! It's time to lead with solutions, not apologies. It's high time we shift gears from constant apologies to proactive communication and team empowerment. Let's pave the way for a workplace where everyone's voice matters and solutions reign supreme!
Does this mean we're not allowed to apologize at work? It sounds manipulative
Love this! learning how to be affirmative and avoid negation of the words you use is a must!
It's crucial to shift from apologies to open communication in the workplace. As leaders, we can nurture an environment where constructive dialogue is valued and encouraged. Thank you for highlighting this, Shiv Marwah.
