Whether it's unexpected site conditions, tight deadlines, or unforeseen design challenges, every project has its fair share of surprises. One of the funniest challenges my team encountered was at LAX. We were hauling a massive fixture through the airport—navigating crowded hallways and tight corners—only to find out it didn’t fit in the elevator we needed to reach the final location: a window display.... For a moment, it felt like we were in a live Tetris game, trying to figure out how to get this oversized fixture to its destination.
