But the motivation it builds is totally different. For prospects: Motivation- you will want to end up on that screen! For booth staff: Motivation - you want to up those numbers For everyone around: Gamification and fun seeing how a booth ACTUALLY performs. Attribution of it comes later. Here's a tip on calculating event ROI 👇 Your event ROI should be at least 4X pipeline from the cost of the event. This is dictated by your sales team’s win rates. 🏆 If sales reps win 25% of the opportunities in their event-attributed pipeline, then getting $400k of pipeline from a $100k event investment means you covered the cost in closed-won revenue.
