Zomato is solving real-world problems with #innovation From introducing green fleet for vegetarian customers to now launching Food Rescue to prevent food wastage, Zomato is not leaving any opportunity to impress the audience. 400,000 orders are cancelled on Zomato every month, and they will now be delivered to someone else quickly at a discounted rate. The best part about Zomato is that whenever Deepinder Goyal announces a new feature, they wait for feedback and insights that can help them improve it. He even offered a man a job at Zomato whose suggestion about Food Rescue impressed him. Deepinder Goyal understands that marketing is not about pushing or talking a lot about the product. It’s important to focus on initiatives with which customers can connect. #zomato #marketing #innovations #india #Entrepreneur #Startup #news #linkedin #Trending #branding Deepinder Goyal

Is it just me or does it seem as though Zomato and Swiggy have captured India’s market entirely? They’re taking care of everything, with new features that make daily life easier! From Swiggy’s latest grocery ordering feature—where you just upload a handwritten list, and the app picks up your items—to their discounts for those willing to wait a bit longer and reduce carbon emissions, they’re bringing meaningful updates to customers constantly. Zomato, too, is helping reduce food waste by offering cancelled orders at half price. And they’re doing so much more, making customer experience better every day. On the other side, Swiggy is sponsoring Shark Tank India Season 4, maybe to kick Deepinder Goyal out of the spotlight since Zomato has been getting tons of visibility from the show. But Deepinder isn’t backing down he recently appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show, connecting with millions in India. The competition between these giants is inspiring, showing how important brand visibility and audience engagement are. There’s a lot we can learn from these companies constant innovation and customer focus. They teach us that business growth is about adaptability, sustainability, and staying connected with what people want and need. 💡 They’ve got some major problems to tackle too, but I’ll dive into that in my next post! Stay tuned. #Zomato #Swiggy #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #Sustainability #CustomerExperience #FoodTech #IndianStartups #BusinessGrowth
