Senior Spatial Engineer | Crafting Mixed-Reality Apps

The best way I learn about a market is to create, ship, and test products in that space. Here's a #mixedreality concept called DominOH for the #MetaQuest3 that I've shipped to a private Meta Store channel... ✨ Pinch your index and thumb together to create a domino, and release these fingers for automatic domino placement. ⏪ Open your palm and press a "Reset" button to undo any mistakes. 📽️ Create TikTok-ready video by making an "L" shape with your hands to open up a real-time camera and record your creations. 👉🏽 📨 DM me if you want to try this out OR need an ambitious, autonomous, and communicative spatial engineer to join your growing team. #xr #metaquest #handtracking #vr #ar #mr #entrepreneurship #unity3d #spatial

why porting the original interaction to XR instead of designing a new one? my kids love domino - but they would rather paint a line on the table and expect the dominos to appear on the line than having the effort of placing them.

That camera is genius, I love the idea of making it super easy to share a video from the experience. 👏

Good function. The assets are little bland for my taste but, evangelists are fairly stupid so, you should be good.

Love the hand tracking gestures, so intuitive! I can imagine the palm reset button could be expanded to include a full menu to choose different domino types for example 🤔

Meta's hand gesture recognition setup in the Meta Interaction SDK is really well built to create any gesture interactions fast! Mixed reality has all the right tools to grow!

This is great for marketing and easy! Thanks for the share how VR can be made useful. I can also imagine educational use cases.

Wow! I bet people that compete in domino competitions would love something like this.
