So true … Gut Health so important. Mostly for the immune system & mood & attention. I find many may only think their gut health needs attention if they have pain or cramps or IBS . One can even be gluten ( and more ) intolerant and not have stand out gut symptoms OR so used to mild discomfort it’s “normal “ . I regularly highlight leaky gut and how easy it can develop unless we are very diligent too eat low inflammatory foods, low to minimal medication, avoid antibiotics, Cortisone, pesticides . Nourish our gut with prebiotics , and fermented foods ( if tolerated ) . There’s a lot to unravel but that’s a good start. Happy gut > good energy > good mood > good immune system
