More fun BASEBALL exercises. Strengthen all the muscles that no one targets. FCU-with medial elbow closed in to restore length to that muscle! Challenge the pronators to restore the medial elbow and always always strengthen PECT MAJOR -the most under functioning muscle in baseball players- especially pitchers!!! Goal is to create anterior stability and stabilize the medial elbow-rather than open up the chest and gap the medial elbow( which the current protocols do) #walkadifferentdirection
