Are you hungry? How strong is your hunger? Is your hunger killing you? What are you doing to satiate your hunger? Are you doing whatever it takes to satiate your hunger? Are you willing to accept your hunger? What does not kill you, makes you stronger. Feel hungry for your purpose in life. Your purpose (hunger) can keep you motivated. #brainyworkout ( Write & Read) Write : Your vision Read : It each day till it becomes your hunger. Act : One small step each day. You need nothing from anyone if you make your purpose, your hunger.

Why is not possible to feed everyone everyday?! A rumbling chorus, a world in its plea, Empty bellies echoing, a hunger we see. Enough for some, a feast to behold, While others have nothing, a story untold. Can fields yield abundance, for all to partake? Can bounty be shared, for goodness's sake? The answer is complex, a web we must mend, From seed to ripe harvest, until hunger shall end. We'll cultivate wisdom, with knowledge as our plow, Fight waste in the markets, from farm to the brow. New methods and technologies, a beacon of hope, Sustainable bounty, on fertile earth's scope. But food is not just harvest, a price must be fair, So families can access, the bounty they share. Empowerment for all, a chance to rise strong, To purchase with dignity, where they belong. Peace is the harvest, where conflict destroys, Let weapons turn plowshares, for girls and for boys. Education's a seed, for a future so bright, Where knowledge empowers, to conquer the night. This fight against hunger, needs voices to rise, A collective compassion, with tears in our eyes. For a world where there's plenty, on every one's plate, A future of sharing, to vanquish this fate. So let us be warriors, in this noble quest, For a world where all bellies, are finally blessed. With full hearts and full tables, a victory cry, The day hunger is banished, beneath a hopeful sky.

Day 3: Healing Healing refers to helping others overcome personal or professional setbacks. A leader who promotes healing fosters resilience and a sense of well-being within their team. Example: After the devastating earthquake in Haiti, Dr. Paul Farmer, co-founder of Partners In Health, focused on healing both physically and emotionally. His compassionate approach not only helped rebuild communities but also restored hope. Healing is integral to servant leadership! #ServantLeadership #Healing #PaulFarmer" #partnersinhealth

University researchers have estimated that more than 55,000 residents will suffer from depression annually, costing Hong Kong HK$2.51 billion per year until 2032 due to this prevalent condition. (SCMP, 1st Nov 2024) Arts for Good advocates for multifaceted wellbeing through the power of arts. We enrich lives with deeper meanings, foster diverse perspectives, seek power of hope, and recognize the significance of serving others. We hope our humble documentary with CityUHK will inspire more in-depth and unconventional reflections and initiatives in tackling mental health, employing a wider array of non-traditional but truly creative approaches. This is all because : "Creativity (the generation of new form) is the key property of all living systems and contribute to nature's inherent ability to sustain life" - Fritjof Capra 2009 November newsletter: https://lnkd.in/gVJhaERs Beneath The Sun, Once Again trailer : https://lnkd.in/gFjZ3-mT

Learn how you can cope with such challenges and/or minimize their effect on you and your loved ones. In this article you will find help for a world in turmoil: *Protecting your health – There are so many things that can affect your physical and mental health but see Pr 22:3 – Eph 5:29 and Ec 4:6 which says ‘Better is a handful of rest than two handfuls of hard work and chasing after the wind.’ *Protecting your livelihood - Many people struggle each day just trying to make ends meet. Sadly, world turmoil can make that challenge even more difficult but see Pr 21:5 – Pr 14:23 with 1Ti 6:8 saying ‘Having food and clothing, we will be content with these things.’ *Protecting your relationships - As anxiety over world turmoil increases, many people unwittingly allow their relationships to suffer so see Ec 4:9, 10 – Jas 1:19 and Pr 17:17 which says ‘A true friend shows love at all times and is a brother who is born for times of distress.’ *Protecting your hope - Anxiety over world turmoil can take a toll on people physically and emotionally.
