💰💰 Does L&D add value?💰💰 One of the standout insights from out 2024 CIRcld report is that L&D, generally, is still struggling to demonstrate value. At times when big decisions are made to drive business growth, why on earth would any decision-makers want to invest in a function that doesn't know how it contributes to the business strategy - in practice! One observation we've made is that L&D is great about talking about the concepts, gathering consumption data and keeping itself busy but L&D teams consistently struggle to move beyond this to provide definitive evidence they're making a difference to the bottom-line.
