This rings so true for me. There is a way to be kind and also make number-based decisions (math). Remember to bring empathy when you are leading....and working on a team. Knowing how someone feels and empathizing with their feelings and experiences are two different things. I propose that leading with empathy is also leading with kindness. #kindness #leadershipexcellence #empathy #innovation #humanity
