What I learned after 3 months of posting and engaging on Reddit as a brand: - Reddit users are aversive to ads or promotion ( tech and software vertical) they call out promotion of ads and links immediately - If you are not adding value to the community, then you should not post at all, unless you are asking a genuine question - Most small companies or startups are represented by their devs or CEOs with their private profiles - IF you are speaking for your company, you should disclose it - Tone of voice is informal and practical, no marketing blah blah - Reddit can be an effective amplifier of communication and reach more impressions easier compared to new accounts on X - Read the Rules of the subreddit carefully, Reddit users collectively call out BS A ton more to learn!
