✨🏆 The Power of Recognition: Simple Emails That Inspire Me to Reach New Heights 🏆✨ As I reflect on the past quarter, I’m truly grateful for the "bravos" I’ve received from our project & installation managers. These moments of recognition, no matter how small, have reminded me of the power of encouragement in our daily work lives. Not too long ago, I was working on a particularly challenging project. Amidst deadlines and obstacles, I received an e-mail of appreciation from one of our installation managers. That simple acknowledgment not only lifted my spirits but reignited my passion for the work I do. It reminded me that even in the midst of challenges, my efforts are recognized and valued by our customers. They highlighted specific instances where our collaboration made a difference, and it felt like a warm pat on the back. Each bravo recognition felt like a little spark of encouragement, reminding me that my efforts—big and small—truly matter. It's a humbling experience to know that my efforts have made a positive impact, and it inspires me to strive for excellence in all that I do. It’s incredible how a few kind words can foster a culture of support and collaboration. I am sincerely grateful to my team for their encouragement. To all the professionals out there: Never underestimate the power of your words. A little appreciation goes a long way! #Gratitude #SmallWinsMatter #FeedbackMatters #Motivation #BravoRecognitions

Celebrating a major milestone today! After months of hard work, I’m thrilled to share that our team has solved a complex challenge in our project. This journey started with a small idea and grew into a major success. Here are the key factors that contributed to this success: 1. **Team Collaboration:** The synergy within our team was incredible. Everyone brought unique skills and perspectives that drove us forward. 2. **Innovation Mindset:** We embraced creativity and thought outside the box, which allowed us to find unique solutions to difficult problems. 3. **Resilience:** We stayed focused and determined, even when faced with setbacks. This determination was crucial in overcoming obstacles. This achievement has opened new opportunities for growth and learning, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the relentless support of our amazing team. Kick start 2025 with celebrating wins, reflecting on lessons learned and setting priorities. Reflection prompts for a fresh start: What were my biggest accomplishments last year? What challenges did I face, and how did I grow through them? What did I discover about myself, both professionally and personally? Which goals remained unachieved, and what held me back? How did I contribute to my team’s or organization’s success? What are my top priorities for this year? Source: https://lnkd.in/gCx5Kmye

Two Cents from a Rookie Team Lead | I recently had a conversation with a peer in the industry who shared that, despite executing numerous projects, she has never truly felt a sense of accomplishment in her work. As we talked further, I discovered a key reason behind this: her bosses and mentors had rarely acknowledged her efforts. Reflecting on my own journey, I realised that I’ve been on the opposite end of the spectrum. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently received recognition and affirmation from my superiors and managers. At the time, these acknowledgments felt like mere gestures—nice, but not necessarily impactful. However, looking back now, I feel deeply grateful for them. Those moments of recognition empowered me. They instilled a sense of responsibility and reinforced the value of my contributions, no matter how big or small. These affirmations became a cornerstone of my motivation, reminding me that my efforts mattered and made a difference. Now, as a rookie team lead, I’m more aware than ever of how crucial it is to acknowledge the contributions of those I work with. A simple acknowledgment might seem trivial, but its impact can ripple far beyond the moment, shaping someone’s confidence, sense of purpose, and dedication to their role. Here’s to a better 2025! Let’s lead with gratitude, empower those around us, and continue making a meaningful impact—no matter how big or small our roles may seem😊.

🌟 Gratitude Post 🌟 As I reflect on my career journey, my heart is full of gratitude—not just for the opportunities I’ve been given, but for the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work alongside. 🙏 To the teams I’ve worked with, humbly led, and even the ones who showed me grace when I didn’t deserve it: Thank you. 💙 Your support, collaboration, and resilience made every challenge worthwhile. Here’s what I’ve learned from you: • 🤝 The Power of Teamwork: Together, we achieved things I could never have done alone. • 🌱 Humble Leadership: You taught me that leadership is as much about listening and learning as it is about guiding. • 💛 Grace and Forgiveness: In moments where I fell short, you offered kindness and understanding, and for that, I’m forever grateful. I’m especially thankful for: • The teammates who rallied with me during late nights and tight deadlines. 🔥 • The mentors and peers who weren’t afraid to give honest feedback (even when it wasn’t easy to hear). 💡 • The grace extended by those who believed in me, even when I was still learning and growing. 🌟 To every team, every mentor, every colleague: THANK YOU. 🙌 Your impact on my life and career is immeasurable, and I hope I’ve been able to give back even a fraction of what you’ve given me. Here’s to pushing through challenges, celebrating wins, and always lifting each other up. What’s one lesson or memory from your team that you’re grateful for? Let’s celebrate the people who make it all worthwhile! 💪✨

𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗜𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹? Remember the last time you hit a big goal? Maybe it was landing a dream client, finishing a tough project, or even just sticking to your daily routine for a month. How did you celebrate it? Or did you skip the celebration because “there’s more to do”? Here’s the truth: Celebrating milestones isn’t just about patting yourself on the back—it’s about fueling future wins. 💡 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲? 👉 It reinforces positive habits. 👉 It gives your hard work the recognition it deserves. 👉 It boosts your morale (and your team’s, if you share it). 💡 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗜𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆? 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: Be real about the ups and downs that got you there. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: Celebrate with the people who supported you. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹: Skip the clichés and focus on what feels personal and rewarding to you. It’s not about bragging. It’s about inspiring. PS: What’s the last milestone you celebrated? Let me know—I’d love to cheer you on.

This selfie was taken 10 years ago when I started at Premier Talent Partners as a new grad. I had no idea this new temp Receptionist position would change the course of my life both professionally and personally. I’ve held a leadership role for the last 7 years and have been blessed to work alongside so many amazing leaders. I’ve also continued my self-education through reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, attending leadership webinars, and engaging with content on this beautiful platform, LinkedIn. Here are some of the leadership lessons I’ve learned along the way: ⭐️ One size does not fit all; manage to the person, not the whole. ⭐️ Radical candor: to be a strong boss, you have to care personally and challenge directly. ⭐️ Be very clear with your communication, especially written communication. ⭐️ Write things down, send recaps, take diligent notes, etc. ⭐️ Don’t be so quick to jump to a solution; instead, ask more questions, engage, and then come up with a solution together. ⭐️ Be adaptable and flexible; embrace change and encourage your team to be flexible. ⭐️ Vulnerability is not a weakness. Happy 10-year anniversary to me!
