Success requires sacrifices. The exquisite dance of the ballet dancer captivates the audience. Every movement grabs the audience's imagination. Underneath the pointe shoes, a story is conveyed about the wear and tear of long hours of practice to produce a moving masterpiece. People may perceive your accomplishment without realising how hard you worked. Like a ballet dancer, any job you work on may appear effortless. Similar to pointe shoes, it tells the story of long hours of work and sacrifices. People may not see your sacrifices, but keep moving. Do not give up. You will reap the benefits of success, whatever it looks like to you. Does Perfection Have To Be The Measure Of Ballet? Is it possible to imagine the ballet world without a primary teleology of aesthetic perfectionism and a baseline of low self-worth? Is it possible for our culture at large to stop conceiving of art and fame in this way?

In the world of ballet, dancers perform with a grace that seems almost otherworldly. Each movement is a careful blend of strength, precision, and fluidity, creating an elegant tapestry of motion that captivates audiences.💃 👯 One of the most captivating aspects of ballet is the seamless flow of movements. Dancers transition from one position to another with a fluidity that appears almost effortless. This adaptability is a valuable trait for leaders as well. In the fast-paced corporate environment, the ability to pivot and adapt to changing circumstances is crucial. Leaders who embrace change with the fluid grace of a ballerina are better equipped to guide their teams through transitions and uncertainties.✨ Ballet is rarely a solo endeavour. The beauty of a performance often lies in the harmony of the ensemble, with each dancer contributing to the collective artistry. In the corporate world, the most successful leaders recognise the importance of teamwork. Transform your next team or corporate event into an unforgettable experience by infusing it with the enchanting essence of art and dance. 3 Business Lessons from Atlanta Ballet CoCo Chanel…. Over the weekend I went to see the Coco Chanel Ballet which was a good performance. And Nostalgic to the days I was part of a dance company from high school thru college. Chanel is notoriously known in the #beautyindustry, yet there were key details I learned during the performance. Which I had three business takeaways : 1️⃣How you start may not be how you finish. 2️⃣Be ok to go “outside the lines”, not always taking the traditional path, there is beauty and lessons along the journey. 3️⃣ Stand firm on what matters to you and business. You may be party of 1 or party of many, be consistent and do not waver. BONUS: A ballet does not have any words, the performance depicts the series of actions as part of the story. Sometimes words aren’t needed because, Actions can speak louder than words! #TheProjectExecutionHER®️ #beauty #atlantaballet #businesslessons

Why dance is a beauty? Dance is one of the most beautiful, graceful, and expressive of art forms known to the human race. It allows you to convey anything you want within dance, which there is no correct way to do so. Dance not only can express how one feels, but it can tell a story in which you would want to share. Over the course of time dance has intricately played an important role to all cultures today. The two forms of dance, ballet and modern have not only stood against the test of time with each other but have now influenced the development of many other styles of dance. Generally speaking, ballet has women in pointe shoes or slippers and the men perform in soft ballet slippers. With ballet it is more known as a matter of graciousness, and when the ponte shoes came into ballets consideration, the quality of lightness was also desired for ballerinas. Whereas modern usually is danced barefoot and more focused on creative and self-expression rather than on technical part of dance. Modern dance is also more relaxed, in which choreographers use emotions and moods to design their own steps, and has a deliberate use of gravity. When modern dance started developing it was seen as partially rebellion against the regular dance conventions carried upon women by ballet being a more free style of dance. #snsinstitutions #snsdesignthinkers ##designthinking
