Yay it’s Friday. I always like to have my Fridays as a day to rest and recharge after a busy week! One of the things my fabulous business coach Wendy Kendall taught me early on in my journey into private practice was to celebrate my wins, however big, however small. All too often we come from organisations where we don’t celebrate the good stuff instead we focus on the challenges and what has gone badly. We focus on our weaknesses and how these can be overcome. So it’s really refreshing to start to focus on the wins, the positives, the things that have gone well. As you look back on your week today, just have a brief pause and think about those wins. But what is your WOW! ⭐Win ⭐ ⭐Of the ⭐ ⭐Week ⭐ If you feel like it please do share them with me in the comments, if not just hold them in your mind and have a quiet moment of reflection.
