Despite sharing the same name, Boxing Day has nothing to do with the sport! Starting in Victorian times, people would give “Christmas boxes” to their employees as a holiday bonus. Churches would also collect money in boxes throughout the year and hand it out to the needy on the 26th of December. These days, Boxing Day is usually spent relaxing with friends and family. We hope you enjoy yours! Ps: Keep those in mind who made it possible for you to enjoy the food on your plate today. #BoxingDay #ChristmasBox #Charity #FriendsAndFamily #SilvaAgriGroup

Some of our students have a dream and that dream is...To Go Fast! If you would take a minute to consider where you started and where you all have achieved. Along the way there were those willing to give advice or a helping hand. If you would be willing to give either, reach out to this group of students who are pursuing this on their own outside of school and trying to make it to the starting line! #RacingForLemons #LemonsOrBust #StudentRacingTeam #LemonDreamTeam #24hoursoflemons
We’re Motorsports Management students gearing up to race in the 24 Hours of Lemons at Road Atlanta this December! We’ve started a GoFundMe to help cover race expenses like tires and lodging and we need your support to make this dream a reality. Any donation, big or small, will go a long way in helping us get to the track. If you can’t donate, sharing our link is just as valuable! Thanks for your support and see you at the races! https://gofund.me/acb4dec3

We’re thrilled to partner with the charity Love of the Game for the third consecutive year for an event in October alongside Holland & Holland, championing concussion awareness in sports. We recently spoke with Simon Shaw, president of the charity and former rugby player, about their incredible work. Simon shared, “I started Love of the Game to drive awareness and funding of solutions that can prevent, diagnose, and treat concussion in sport, not just rugby, but all sports.” Check out the full article to learn from Simon about their mission and what’s next for the charity: https://lnkd.in/e96UhzFH #SparkBrilliance #LoveOfTheGame #ConcussionAwareness #SportsSafety #Charity Michelle Elkins Robin Dey Rob Frank
