Timby Talk with Laney Jakeway💙 NU Extracurriculars: "I am in Greek life with AXO, I was on Team Chevy performance for the auto show, and try to help out with the different events throughout the year!" Pre-College Nerves: "I’m in the MBA program and I was nervous about the amount of classes I was taking. But turns out it was not too bad. It will take more time to get homework done but, amazingly, you can get your masters in 4 years!" Overcoming the Nerves: "I just had to set aside more time for homework and learn outside of class." Advice to a New Timby: "The first month is going to be a learning curve. Remember that everyone’s in the same boat as you. They also don’t know anyone so give it a shot and go sit with them at lunch. Try and go out of your way to make connections because who knows where it could go!"
