Is bigger always better? After over a decade of significant outperformance from large-caps in the domestic stock market, that part of the market has led to a swelling in price-to-earnings valuation for the cap-weighted indices, including the S&P 500 and Russell 3000 (as you can see in the chart below). The Sovereign's Capital (https://lnkd.in/eQtRJdQp) public equities team believes investors with a disproportionate concentration in large caps should not be complacent as history suggests size regimes often change and those changes can last many years. Our ETF, the Sovereign's Flourish Fund (NYSE: SOVF), is benchmarked against the S&P 1500 Equal Weight Index, which offers investors more exposure to small- and mid-cap equities that possess a more attractive valuation and (we believe) stronger growth prospects versus large caps. You can find our perspectives on this and other subjects here: https://lnkd.in/eVERacKn
