Dubai and Abu Dhabi Rank in Top 5 Global Cities to Work in

Returning to Dubai after a holiday in my home country has highlighted how fortunate we are to live in the UAE ❤️ While those who have yet to visit the gulf are quick to share their uninformed opinions and warn against unspecified “dangers”…High ranking business leaders know better. This is evident in the 2024 edition of Savills Executive Nomad Index. Determining the opportunities for business and family success, factors taken into consideration include Quality of Life, Climate, Air Connectivity, Internet speed and Prime rents. Unsurprisingly Dubai and Abu Dhabi occupy the 1st and 2nd position on the ranking 🙌 Not to be confused with the trendy young Digital nomad, Executive nomads refer to slightly older individuals who usually travel with their families, often CEO’s and business owners. Healthcare and quality education are of highest concern. As a result… locations with a large influx of executive nomads tend to see property values go up. This is a fantastic indicator of future growth and savvy investors will surely take note.
