“I wanted to use the power of the law to fight climate change,” says our #changemaker, Meena Kamath. Meena is Head of Built Environment at The Chancery Lane Project, which has created more than 170 climate-related clauses that lawyers can write into contracts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. She believes that deep systemic-level change can only take place if businesses and communities are brave enough to challenge the status quo and work together as part of a global community. 🧑🤝🧑 “My hope is that if we collaborate and listen to each other, we can understand that we're all affected by climate change.” 🌍 Learn more about her incredible work 👇 https://lnkd.in/eXt9ENJR #ChangemakerSeries #BuiltEnvironmentTransformation #ClimateChange #ClimateContracts
