Tomorrow I'm heading to Vienna to attend the largest gathering of Microsoft partners in the Business Applications space: Directions for Partners EMEA While I'm excited to see some familiar faces again, I am eager to meet many new ones. Also, I'm impressed with the quality of sessions and the selection of business topics for us non-techies. 'Growing your Business Central business through social media - Fact or fiction' By Nick Botha and Jacqui Conradie 'Uncharted Territory: Beyond Copilot' By Dmitry Katson and Dona Sarkar 'Ciellos | Hey European ISVs. Is now the time to enter the US market?' By Matt Abbott and Karina Nielsen And of course, the panel with my IAMCP-ers: 'IAMCP Round Table - unlocking Opportunities for Growth and Collaboration' With Elena Baeva, Klaus Fander, and Rachael Corb. There are many more, and the biggest problem will be choosing among those sessions that are held at the same time. But it's not only about the nerdy stuff. There will be some partying too. I'll be talking about a part of my work focusing on innovative ways of working using established but often overlooked M365 apps which you are already paying for. No Copilot, no Power Platform, and if I'm honest no M365 rocket science...just examining and measuring how teams work and the problems they have. Mapping this against M365 apps and creating better ways of working. Then, embedding and measuring the results. I'll share the main steps to do this, my thoughts on who should do it and how, and then finally how to report the benefits. Remember, I'll be talking about apps you are already paying for, backed up by training and resources you probably already have; I hope to share enough for you to get started in your organisation straight away. I could have called this "Innovation: Back to Basics", "M365 adoption and exploitation revisited" or "A few percent better now, thousands saved later", but luckily I don't choose the titles! It wasn’t just a meeting—it was a 𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. ⁣ ⁣ 🌍 𝐀 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 ⁣ In the 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐈, the landscape is shifting faster than ever, and Microsoft Copilot is leading the charge. Together, we explored how 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥—𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞, helping businesses unlock untapped potential, drive innovation, and solve challenges in ways we never imagined. ⁣ ⁣ We dove into real-world customer stories—moments where Copilot wasn’t just a feature but a 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭. It’s one thing to talk about vision; it’s another to see it come to life. ⁣ ⁣ 🎤 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫⁣ The highlight for me? Joining a panel of senior leaders for an 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝, 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐐&𝐀 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. From privacy and compliance to pricing models and GTM strategies, no topic was off the table. These weren’t just surface-level conversations—they were 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬. ⁣ ⁣ What struck me most was the 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 in the room. The questions weren’t just insightful; they were a testament to the commitment our partners have to bringing AI-powered solutions to life for their customers.⁣ ⁣ 🌟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 ⁣ As the event officially closed, the discussions didn’t stop. Hallway chats turned into brainstorming sessions, and new connections sparked ideas that will undoubtedly shape the months ahead. ⁣ ⁣ 🎥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ⁣ I even managed to grab a quick video with some of our partners who were in attendance. Their energy and perspectives say it all—take a look! 📹✨ ⁣ ⁣ 🚀 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 ⁣ This is what excites me most about the work we do.
