Since their expertise is in demand from various countries, they often prefer hourly rates over full-time positions. 2. Graphic Designers 🧑💻:Graphic designers are creative individuals who need a variety of projects to stay engaged. They have the capacity to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and can easily become bored 😑 with static work, making full-time roles less appealing. 3. Motion Graphics Designers: Similar to graphic designers, motion graphics designers are highly sought after, even more so than their graphic design counterparts. Their work is often paid per minute of video editing. Adding to the list of things we are not… - web developers - social media coordinators - animators - copywriters - retouchers - IT techs In the last 25 years we done a disservice to the profession by heaping on other roles that we used to hire other creatives for. Sure we all know enough to get these things done when called upon, but we don’t always fully comprehend the intricacies/knowledge of what makes those jobs so special.
