This Giving Tuesday, Let’s Lead with Generosity 🌟 Today isn’t just about giving - it’s about creating opportunities, inspiring growth, and building a brighter future together. At the heart of this global movement is a simple but powerful idea: that generosity can transform lives and communities. As Asha Curran, the visionary behind GivingTuesday, reminds us: "We imagine a world where generosity is simply at the root of our decisions and our behaviors." At Winning Teams Win, we are proud to take action on this belief. To celebrate Giving Tuesday, we’ll be donating 10% of all online program sales ordered by 6th December to the GivingTuesday Fund - an initiative that helps power grassroots generosity around the world. 💡 How You Can Make an Impact Today: ↳ Empower someone by sharing knowledge or mentoring. ↳ Invest in personal growth or team development to unlock potential. ↳ Support generosity through learning - your purchase will give back directly to communities. Our programs are designed to do more than teach leadership skills—they empower individuals and teams to make meaningful contributions in their organizations and communities. 👉 Learn more about our leadership programs in the first comment below. What’s one way you’re giving back today? Let’s share our stories and inspire each other to make a difference. #GivingTuesday #WinningTeamsWin #GMA #Leadership #Generosity

#Presence #TheTiesThatBindUsTogether #BRICFundCO This time of year always makes me think about the gifts I give and receive. But the more I reflect, the more I realize that the most meaningful gifts aren’t wrapped in ribbons—they’re found in the moments we share and how we show up for one another.I’ve learned this lesson through my work with the Black Resilience in Colorado Fund (BRIC). Every day, I see how showing up—being truly present—can strengthen our communities. It’s about saying, “I see you, I value you, and I’m here for you.” That simple act builds resilience and reminds us that we’re not alone. I’ve passed this lesson on to my two sons. Being present for them has nurtured not only their love and championing of family but also their care and responsiveness to the needs of our community. For me, giving the gift of presence means prioritizing time with loved ones, mentoring, and actively listening. It’s about investing in my community—supporting leaders and organizations that work to create a more equitable future. At events like the Executive Directors of Color Institute Leadership Summit, I’ve seen how powerful it is when we show up for one another. Those shared moments of solidarity and connection are the real gifts. So, this season, I’m challenging all of us to give more of our presence. Whether it’s through volunteering, spending meaningful time with family, or supporting the BRIC Fund, I know these acts will create lasting change. Let’s make this season about the moments we share, not just the presents we give. By doing so, we can strengthen our connections, create joy, and show that we’re in this together. In gratitude & solidarity, LaDawn To support BRIC - https://lnkd.in/g3_vTPmJ
