If Santa bought businesses, I'm sure he'd buy yours and give you a great big cheque to retire on! Santa would put his team of Elves in to take over the day-to-day running and make it really efficient. He'd know just how to treat your customers to keep them happy. Then, when he had it all perfect, he'd sell it on to Iron-Man to put it through a mega growth curve, as Disney have very deep pockets for M&A you know. However, if Santa isn't going to buy your business, and you don't have a way to run your company without it relying on you, you are likely going to or have found exiting your company very difficult. No matter how you want to exit, maybe I can help. There's no harm in asking! In the last 3 years, I’ve: - Went from CMO to CEO - Built my first company, Taco - Won the Forbes Top 50 CMOs award - Been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 - Got married - Got more deeper into meditation But I’ve also: - Failed more times than I can count - Worked countless overnights - Sacrificed family time - Prioritized work over health - Let go of many friendships along the way The reality of building a business isn’t as glamorous as it often seems online. Behind the scenes, it’s full of trade-offs, long hours, and tough decisions. While profits and revenues are exciting, the sacrifices and struggles are rarely talked about. So here’s a shoutout to every entrepreneur waking up each day, making sacrifices, and relentlessly chasing their purpose. It’s not easy—but in the end, it’s worth it.

🚨 12-Year-Old CEO Alert! 🚨 A 12-year-old stopped by my office today to discuss his qualifications (spoiler: it was my son). Turns out, he’s already a year into running his own business, Connor’s Pooper Scoopers 🐾💩. Here’s his impressive résumé: ✔️ Built his own book of business ✔️ Shows up every single week on time ✔️ Handles billing and payment plans like a pro ✔️ Manages his one employee for transportation (…it’s me, I’m the employee 🤷♂️) So, next time someone says, “There’s no way to have 5+ years of experience by 18,” you might just not be trying hard enough! 😂 If you’re in the Ankeny/DSM area and need someone to take care of your 💩, let me know. Connor’s got you covered! #KidBoss #EntrepreneurLife #FutureCEO #ProudParent #HireHimBeforeHeGetsBooked 4o
