Leave Your Comfort Zone…Readiness Only Blooms In the Wilderness! The reality is…we can never reach our full potential unless we put ourselves out into the unknown! The focus should not be on waiting to ‘be ready’… But rather on ‘exploring the unknown’…to discover and uncover our potential and readiness. By ‘participating in the process’ we ‘learn to become ready’. It’s not so much about ‘readiness’ but about ‘curiousity and hunger to learn’. How hungry are you? The truth is…you don’t need to be a qualified hunter to successfully hunt for food. If you are stuck in the wilderness long enough…you will see how fast you tap into your survivor skills…to catch your game! In short…the ‘readiness’ is in the DOING! Not waiting to BECOME! So be Brave! Leave your comfort zone... Venture into the wilderness of the unknown… And discover your ‘readiness’ in the journey of ‘doing’! And sure enough…the UNKNOWN will reveal itself to you…and become KNOWN! Now go! #Success #Potential #Growth

Heard this in my first meeting of the day! “Wise man learns from his mistakes, Wiser man learns from the mistakes of others, The one who has all of the answers and who knows everything, is the fool in the room. “ One of the many reasons I love mentoring the next generation of investors and entrepreneurs because if they take the opportunity to learn from the silly things I’ve done they will be better for it. One of my peers in my role before joining Allied Federal Solutions LLC always used a term from the Bible of “Seek Wise Counsel” which I’m getting better at but always have room to grow.
