One thing I like about clinical practice is an interdisciplinary discussion between experts that eventually leads to better patient outcomes. When properly coordinated, it's never a case of too many cooks spoiling the broth but that of 2 good heads being better than one. Such discussions require humility and oneness of purpose to come to a good resolution and plan on patient management. I had one two days ago which has given me a great insight.
