🐘 "Julius, why is there an elephant on stage?" 🐘 Why not? 🤣 With ARRtist Circus we wanted to build something different. Something colourful, fun, but also inspiring and educational. Something that at least has the potential to change the perception of sales and success in the long term. Thank you to everyone who gave us the benefit of the doubt and came to Berlin last Friday. We fell in love with the energy, the many smiling faces regardless of the rain and the many great conversations until 4am in the morning. Having an idea is one side of the coin. Making it happen is another. Hats off to everyone who was involved it making it posibvle: Our many state-of-the-art partners - who demonstrated the latest technology and techniques. Our speakers and workshop hosts - who put a lot of time and effort into preparing their sessions and enabling our guests. Podnebne spremembe in pomen urejanja javnega prostora V luči podnebnih sprememb postaja načrtovanje in ozelenjevanje javnih odprtih površin vse bolj pomembno. Slovenske občine se vse pogosteje lotevajo prenov parkov, igrišč, rekreacijskih površin, zelenic, ulic, trgov in drugih javnih prostorov. Opažamo, da se v teh procesih včasih namenja premalo strokovne pozornosti, kar vodi do urejanja brez ustrezne projektne dokumentacije. Idejne rešitve se pogosto razvijajo s pomočjo prebivalcev in študentov, kar pozdravljamo, a hkrati poudarjamo, da je načrtovanje javnih prostorov kompleksna naloga. Zahteva interdisciplinarno sodelovanje strokovnjakov in upoštevanje občinskih prostorskih aktov, zakonodaje ter strokovnih standardov. 🔎 Primer Komenda Nedavno smo na ZAPS zasledili primer iz občine Komenda, kjer se načrtuje park brez ustreznega vključevanja strokovnjakov. To je sprožilo razpravo o nujnosti dviga standardov pri načrtovanju urbanih zelenih površin. 📢 Poziv k dobri praksi ZAPS si prizadeva ozaveščati o pomenu strokovnega načrtovanja javnih površin. Skupaj z občinami in investitorji lahko stroka prispeva k: - učinkovitemu prilagajanju naselij podnebnim spremembam, - izboljšanju kakovosti bivanja, - povečanju varnosti v naseljih. V prihodnjih tednih bomo objavili vrsto prispevkov, ki bodo osvetlili ključne elemente dobre prakse. V prvem prispevku izpostavljamo pravni okvir za načrtovanje javnega prostora.
