How was your weekend? Mine was active! Now I have taken on a new challenge - 14 days of 1000 jumping rope jumps every day 💪. I combine it with running and stretching. It seems that jumping rope is a simple sport, but in fact it is a real challenge for both body and mind. It's a great way to stay disciplined not only in your personal life but also in your professional life. In the end, success in business is also a challenge, where endurance and continuous development are the key. As a team leader, I always challenge myself to become better at everything I do.
