Pretty tough requirements for a web app dev. Not sure measly 500-ish USD per month salary is enough for a lot of pressure and headaches. I wonder if company has well thought plans to tackle these downsides: Workload: A heavy workload for a single dev, especially if the project is large or complex. Team: nothing mentioned about existing dev team. Missing out what you won't be handling this is the most important section that tells you how much company has planned for the devs. (environments, resources, SOPs etc.) Skill Gaps: A single developer must cover various areas (front-end, back-end, databases, etc.). Skill gaps may exist. Project Size: Extremely large projects may overwhelm a single developer. Burnout: Long hours and constant multitasking can lead to burnout.
