Our school is consistently performing every year in Olympiads conducted by Science Olympiads Foundations. They give cumulative reports of every student's in various subjects like English, Maths, Science, Cyber, Social Studies, GK, Commerce. These reports help to target for progress in their performance rather only targeting of winning or ranking. In our school, each of the students required to participate in these Olympiads, which is preparation for their academic subjects as well as foundational preparation for competitive examination in higher classes. We have one student, Grade 2 Arshad F.Fareed bagging up with 10th International ranking and 5 zonal ranking in National Science Olympiads All students have potential to perform.Each one is a unique pearl.Others pearls are hidden yet to shine in their stipulated times. *FORMER SUPER EAGLES DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER SEYI OLOFINJANA ON HIS INITIAL THOUGHT WHEN TCC WAS FIRST INTRODUCED TO HIM.* **Olofinjana: when* TCC was first introduced to me, my initial thought was here we go again , another venture with people who think they can run a private league without knowing what is involved. How ever after speaking to the shareholders, especially Akinyelu Olajide I quickly discovered the league well though out plans requirements and financial records. There was doubt weather it could success in our country , but after nearly five years we have make significant progress. Despite needing some changes and adjustments , it's has been a worthwhile experience. *HOW DO YOU COME UP WITH THE NAME THE "CREATIVE CHAMPIONSHIP" FOR THE BRAND?* *Olofinjana: Coming* up with the name was easy because our league was essentially creative , the focus on moving quickly effectively and identifying small achievable gains and low hagging opportunities. We wested no time and aimed to climb rapidly , refecting our creative approach. *WHAT IS YOUR VISION FOR THE LEAGUE IN THE FUTURE IN THE COMING YEARS?* *Olofinjana* : My vision is not personal but for the brand. I hope to see TCC grow to develop young players and grwo nationwide. Eventually, *we aim to establish a west Africa league and then an African champion league .* We are currently in talks with several countries about expanding TCC. Though still it's infancy. we don't want to limit ourselves.
