One of the most underrated skills in business is Proactivity Being able to think ahead and make decisions on things before they happen is a game changer Sadly most people are reactive and simply just react to the things that happen to them. You are so much more effective when you can - make quick decisions - think ahead - prevent things from happening as a result of proactivity Here’s an example I shared with my team recently Unit X will be vacant as of 7/31/24. Rather than waiting for the resident to leave on the 31st. We have the contractor inspect the unit two weeks out that way upon move out we have pricing and a gameplan ready to go!
