But I had one habit and that was attention to detail. Here’s how I transformed that habit into a precision system: 1. Daily precision checks. ↳ Set a timer for 30 minutes. ↳ Inspect every tool and process for errors. 2. Analyze performance. ↳ Look for patterns in your data. ↳ Identify where things go wrong and why. 3. Iterate and improve. ↳ Test small changes. ↳ Track how they impact your overall precision. Cutting process randomly in purpose for simplicity, but put much effort into having accurate data/information for decision regarding of its process. That situation often happens because we cut critical processes which is considered an administration job. Maybe we need answer some question What is the critical outcome of the process? And what customers expect for the product?
