MTTR & MTBF 1. MTTR:- means mean time to repair, it indicate how fast we can resolve the problem and decrease the down time . if problem resolve under the time frame then it shows that maintenance team is cable. so it should be minimum, if it is high then we saw the green area of training need identification. it is calculate by dividing total downtime by total no of breakdown. 2. MTBF :- means, mean time between failure . it indicate how long the machine run after the down time till it again comes in breakdown. it shows the quality work which we done in previous breakdown. it should be maximum high. it is calculate by dividing the (avilable time - downtime)/ no of breakdown. pls follow my page for further article.
