I have been playing calendar tag with a potential client now for a few months on done-for-you podcasting. Nothing wrong with it--sometimes it's hard to make things happen on both sides. It's a good indicator of how important your time is. It's also a reminder to continually evaluate: 🔦 What are the tasks that only you can do 🔦 What can you outsource (no really, let go of what others can do) 🔦 What process do you need to make this happen? P.S. I help companies work through the "it depends" situations to craft a customized content process to scale.

One of my biggest podcasting pet peeves is when the hosts read their guest's bio. Instead, I want to hear them dive into intriguing questions that encourages the guest to share their journey organically. This approach can captivate your audience by revealing an authentic, unedited version of your guest's story, creating a deeper and more engaging connection. #podcastingtips #podcastinterviewtips #podcastguests

Podcasting is always evolving. Back in 2018 we were all arguing about the best microphone. Now the conversation has shifted to either of the following topics: 1. How to create massive content that you can use to attract a large audience base and monetize your show. 2. How to create a story that is worth listening to. Anyone can start a podcast these days. But it’s a whole other ball game to create something that’s worth listening to, that will have longevity, listenership, and engagement. I can’t say for sure this is what’s on everyone’s minds, but it’s definitely where I’m spending a lot of time with my clients.

PODCASTING is by design HUMAN-CENTRIC and this HUMANITY makes PODCASTING most effective. Conversations between humans can NEVER BE WRONG when a playful-dance is created. System relevance is more boring because it is based on generalizations. https://lnkd.in/g2dk5ip5 #dyslexicthinking #humanbirthrights #podcasting
