Few Important Conclusions from this post : 1) He wanted to get famous, gain followers. Using words like EDUCATION IS A SCAM, will catch attention of all those guys who doesnt want to work hard in life. It will quickly Circulate. 2) He also skipped Statistics classes in his school time. Once you make graph of how many Engineers| MBAs | CFAs .. etc are having decent lifestyle vs how many Bodyguards, Chaiwalas etc are having a decent lifestyle - a guy knowing basic maths, will imagine the graph and conclude the absurdity of this post. 3) He is just picking 2 guys at the end of the pyramid and concluding Education is a scam. Telling the Youths for Upskilling, or motivating them for Entrepreneurship is fine but Misguiding the Youths like this is literally a crime. A perfect Example of anything to post on Social media these days to gain followers or trying to make post Viral.

What a dilema! 2 grandsons. And both are very headstrong When I say the word stop The older one looks and just keeps going The younger one says No and laughs! One is keen to be a pro footballer and the other a pro racing car driver! At times keeping staff on focus is as challenging as these grandies. What a week. To my knowledge sales is sales and getting clients and dollars in the door. IDENTIFYING THREATS & TACKLING HAZARDS IN YOUR WORK TERRITORY. Sorry. Tackling Haaland in the 18 yard box. hmmm. Whatever! The consequences of not identifying and tackling potential hazards in your work environment, processes and process areas is no respecter of persons. The whole teams bears the brunt. As team members, how do you contribute to a safe workplace? How do you keep safe together? Some hazards may be so #BIG and #daunting like small #MANOO going up against #giant Erling Haaland during a corner kick in the 2024 #FA Cup final. But with the right mentality, techniques, tools, timing, composure and precision, #MANOO contributed to the team success by taking out that hazard, sorry, #Haaland without conceding a penalty who posed a great risks to the team chances of winning the game. By the way, a contractor supervisor came to my office and said "thank you so much Mr. Alfred". I can't believe we did that work without a single scratch to any worker. That's not possible. We always had injuries any time we carry out this activity. Thanks Mr. Alfred. And I said, we did it together. It was a team game and we defeated the hazards and risks. We can always do more and continue to keep safe by identifying potential hazards,. risks and tackling them appropriately and efficiently.

Move to this city.. to dramatically increase you chance of landing your dream F1 job If you haven't guessed it already.. It's the shoe capital of England. Northampton. Before I dive in, I previously wrote about how living in the right location can give you an edge in job hunting. If you haven’t read it yet, please check it out to get up to speed (you can find a link in the comments) Why Northampton? -Experience What qualifies my statement? I’ve lived in Northampton for over four years and secured two jobs in F1. I’m 100% confident that location is crucial because it comes up repeatedly in interviews. Living close to an F1 team helps you breeze through some critical interview questions. -Data Geographically, Northampton sits in a sweet spot with a vast network of motorways. For instance, it’s approximately 50 miles from Silverstone, the home of British motorsport. Teams like Mercedes-AMG Petronas are just about 30 miles away in Brackley. This proximity makes Northampton highly commutable to most F1 teams, giving you a significant edge. -Bonus Tip for Interviews If you move to Northampton and land an interview, emphasize your proximity. When asked where you live, say, “I only live xx minutes away in Northampton.” The trick is to emphasize the word “minutes” to highlight how commutable your residence is to the factory. There’s no bigger turn-off than saying, “An hour xx minutes.” Unless you are a highly sought-after individual, mentioning “hour” can be a dealbreaker. By strategically positioning yourself in Northampton, you not only increase your chances of landing your dream F1 job but also show potential employers your dedication and understanding of the industry. -Distances Keep in mind that at least three teams have more than one factory. Mercedes Hpp - Brixwroth, UK ~ 8 miles Aston Martin - Silverstone, UK ~ 18 miles Mercedes Petronas - Brackley, UK ~ 20 miles Haas- Banbury, UK ~ 29 miles Redbull Racing - Milton Keynes, UK ~ 30 miles RBRacing - Bicester, UK ~ 31 miles Alpine - Enstone, UK ~ 39 miles Williams - Grove, UK ~ 54 miles Mclaren - Woking, UK ~ 78 miles Kick Sauber - Hinwil, Switzerland > 620 miles RBRacing - Faenza, Italy > 980 miles Ferrari - Maranello, Italy > 990 miles Haas- Charlotte, NC, USA > 3900 miles 6 out of these 13 locations are easy to commute to from Northampton, which is almost half of all factories! This what makes Northampton the ideal city.
