We like to keep things light at Skydo. Sure, we work hard, but we always find time to have fun too. We always make sure to spend time together through non-work activities regularly. It's a crucial part of our culture. A few things we're into: 1. Sports & Games: There’s the monthly badminton and cricket where the friendly tech vs non-tech rivalry heats up – tech has been dominating our games, but maybe not for long! We also have game nights with board games and pizza. 2. Celebrations: Every birthday and work anniversary gets a shout-out. If you’ve seen my all-hands photos, you know we don’t skip the cake! We also make it a point to recognize both achievements and challenges every Friday with a pizza party, regardless of the week's outcomes. 3. Parties: Every few months, we throw a party to celebrate a big milestone or just to hang out. We have snacks and tea available every day, giving everyone 15 minutes to take a breather and catch up. While I push for healthy choices, not all the snacks in our pantry stick to the rule! But there are some challenges to it as well- - Not everyone is into sports. - Fridays are often reserved for personal time as people might have plans with their friends. - Parties with 40 team members feel quite different compared to when we were less than 20. Now, it’s challenging for everyone to have a conversation with each person there. As we plan our next team outing, we're looking for creative ideas that bring even more laughter and relaxation to our group. Any thoughts? #Skydo #team #teambonding

I feel motivated today. We just finished our 4DX "LAG" session. We refined our principal company's Purpose for the upcoming quarters. It's a challenging task. Why? I believe The Purpose should align with company's Mission, Vision, Culture, and Ambitions. It should also be doable, inspiring, and predictable. I've been trying to put in place 4DX many times at Bravelab. This time, it will work. We know where we are going and where we want to be next year. Pro tip: choosing a niche is the key. For a better understanding of how 4DX works, I'll give you a simple example. One year ago, I set my swimming goal: "I want to swim 10km in a row in the swimming pool". It was a LAG measure. Then, I asked myself what to do to achieve this goal. Using 4DX, I rephrased my main goal: "I'll increase my swimming record from 1km to 10km by the end of 2023". Then, I needed LEAD measures. Simple saying: steps that lead you to achieve your LAG goal. Some examples: - I'll increase my weekly swimmings from 1 to 3 by the end of the month". - I'll join four swimming workshops/camps until 2023. - etc. Our team has been making a significant effort to be a valuable partner for our clients. Understanding the challenges, problems, limitations, and opportunities in the MusicTech industry is not just a goal but a commitment that we are all dedicated to fulfilling. The central part of Bravelab's LAG goal is keeping the "customer satisfaction score" as high as possible. 4DX methodology was developed by Stephen R. Covey, Chris McChesney, and Sean Covey. Key principles are: 1. Focus on the Wildly Important 2. Act on Lead Measures 3. Keep a Compelling Scoreboard 4.
