2moI love the grocery store comparison. We know exactly where to find bread and milk, but imagine if we had to create new aisles every month for completely new types of food. That's exactly what's happening with jobs, especially with all these emerging tech roles. Two software developers might have the same job title but need different skills depending on where they work. A developer at Microsoft versus one at GM? Perhaps they are in completely different worlds.
