Little by little, a little becomes a lot. This is the Stress Awareness Month theme for 2024, and it focuses on the notion that small daily actions can have a big impact on our wellbeing. It also reflects our overall CSR commitment – where we recognise that everyone making even the smallest changes on a micro level, can produce positive results on a much larger scale.
