🌐 Sharing some Friday thoughts from our co-founder Paul Conneally who is deeply passionate about how video storytelling can transform organizations. Not through top-down mandates, but by empowering every employee to share their unique knowledge and insights. 🎞️ Watch as he explains why peer-to-peer learning isn't just about knowledge transfer – it's about building genuine connections 🧑🤝🧑 that make work meaningful. When we give people the tools to share their voices, innovation flourishes and true belonging takes root. #FutureOfWork #EmployeeEngagement #Innovation #PeerLearning #KnowledgeSharing #OrganizationalCulture #HumanResources

🥳 #HappyFriday everyone! 🥳 🚀 The big news in Slick+ world right now is our inaugral Social Learning Summit which happened last week in sunny Sligo and gathered an amazing group of people from all over Ireland. 💡 We discussed and exchanged on all things related to building vibrant knowledge-sharing cultures in modern organisations. Issues such as remote collaboration, inter-generational learning, re-imagining mentoring and leveraging tech for human connection were all top of mind. We designed the summit on the principle that "the knowledge is in the room" and our job was to convene the right people, in the right place and spark those conversations and exchanges - all of which were captured and curated (and soon to be shared) into a suite of helpful resources for HR and team leaders, and our great community here on Linkedin of course. 🙏🏼 Big thanks to our amazing speakers Richard Kennedy, Renate Kohlmann Lucia Macari Cian Collins Alison Osborne Etienne Wenger-Trayner Beverly Wenger-Trayner Theadora Mills our super panel Stephen Carolan Mary Whitney Graham Harron our wonderful moderators Janet Benson Sean Donnelly Ceola McLynn Patrick O'Sullivan and Linda Hegarty. Special thanks to the brilliant team at the Advancing Innovation in Manufacturing (AIM) Centre in Sligo who hosted the event and partnered with us every step of the way - looking at you Julie Dowling Mary Harty Laura Clifford Mark Capilitan. Last but not least big #shoutout to our sponsors and partners Data2Sustain Western Development Commission Atlantic Technological University Sligo Chamber of Commerce Skillnet Ireland and Local Enterprise Office Sligo 🙏🏼🌞🚀
