I’ve spoken with a few world class sales professionals this week who I’ve known for some time and rarely look for jobs. Why? They haven’t needed to. They over perform, they are approached for roles and they don’t apply to job ads. However, in the current market I’m finding more are open to roles and they tend to only engage with people they know and trust.
