Smart Living Lab’s Post

Nous franchissons une nouvelle étape dans notre collaboration avec le Conseil d'État du canton de Fribourg (Etat de Fribourg - Staat Freiburg) en renforçant la recherche sur l’environnement bâti au campus EPFL Fribourg. Cette initiative va notamment de pair avec la création du Centre mondial pour la construction durable (CWSC) et se traduira par l’implantation, d’ici 2030, de six nouvelles chaires académiques dans le bâtiment expérimental du Smart Living Lab - dont la construction débutera l’année prochaine dans le quartier d’innovation bluefactory. ---------- We are taking another step forward in our collaboration with the Fribourg Cantonal Government (Etat de Fribourg - Staat Freiburg) by strengthening EPFL Fribourg campus' research capabilities in the built environment. Six new research chairs will be created on the Fribourg campus by 2030 and will be based at the Smart Living Lab (SLL) experimental building that will be constructed in the bluefactory innovation district starting next year. This initiative goes hand in hand with the development of EPFL’s new Centre for Worldwide Sustainable Construction (CWSC).
