🚨 Beware of the GoConfirmed Plan by Goibibo owned by MakeMyTrip 🚨 Writing this to share an unfortunate experience I recently had with GoIbibo's GoConfirmed plan for train ticket bookings. The promise of "2x refund if your ticket is not confirmed" seemed like a great safety net for travelers like me. However, it turned out to be anything but that. Here’s what happened: 1️⃣ I booked a train ticket with the GoConfirmed plan. 2️⃣ When the ticket didn’t get confirmed, I was issued a refund coupon as promised. 3️⃣ But when I tried to use the coupon for another booking, it was repeatedly declined, with reasons like: “Not valid for the selected source station.” “Not valid on the selected dates.” This feels like a clear breach of trust and a misleading marketing gimmick. Promises like "2x refund" should actually deliver, not entrap customers in endless restrictions. As travellers, we rely on platforms like GoIbibo to simplify our journeys, not complicate them. Has anyone else faced a similar issue with GoIbibo or their GoConfirmed plan? Let’s raise awareness about such practices so others don’t fall victim. Goibibo – I hope you take responsibility and resolve this issue, not just for me but for anyone who’s been misled by this plan.
