🌟 Hey everyone! Super excited to share my latest project: 𝗝𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆𝗔𝗽𝗽! 🌟 Project Link 🔗 : https://lnkd.in/g3R7gtD3 Github repo 📂: https://lnkd.in/gb-bv3FE 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝑢𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑎𝑚𝑒: rahul, 𝑝𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑑: rahul@2021 JobbyApp is a fun and experimental project built with React. The app is designed as a job search platform for the IT industry, showcasing how modern web technologies can simplify the process of exploring job opportunities. While it’s not a practical app for real-world use, it was an amazing learning experience where I: 👉 Practiced building advanced react functionalities 👉 Organized job categories like internships, part-time, and full-time roles 👉 Designed a clean, user-friendly interface using React.js This project helped me deepen my understanding of React and web development principles, and I’m excited to apply these skills to real-world applications in the future. I’d love to hear your thoughts or connect with others working on similar projects. Let’s keep learning and growing together! 😊 #jobbyApp #react #WebDevelopment #JobSearch #ITJobs #nxtwave

Another cool assessment I completed during the application process for the Frontend Intern { 6 months paid } position at Marquee Equity. Let's keep it brief, here is the link which is not active just for guideline reference: https://lnkd.in/dURkUtxa ✨Tech Stack: React.js (CRA), Tailwind CSS, React-Router-DOM, React-Toastify, etc. 1. An open library API endpoint was given with a query parameter. 2. Where I used Debouncing to reduce API calls and page re-renders in react with custom hooks. 3. The user can search books and select the personal bookshelf page which uses the LocalStorage behind the scenes to fetch and render book data in cards. 4. Added Shimmer for smooth UI/UX + various hover and animations. 5. The site is deployed over Vercel and it's fully responsive + it has proper documentation on GitHub with preview. 6. Followed committing standards and folder structure for maintainability and reusability 🦑GitHub Link: https://lnkd.in/dXsWqRyV 🟢Deployed Live: https://lnkd.in/dxMSRqRG I did everything dedicatedly and gave my 120% but I tried reaching out to them still no response so thought it might help someone 👋🏻 Follow♻️ Kiran Mahajan ⚡ for more projects and job-related updates. #Marquee_Equity #Markeee #Kiran_Mahajan #KiranMahajan #Kiran #FrontEnd #frontend_developer #React_Developer #Hiring #frontendintern #intern #Internship #hiring #Marquee

Hii Foks, 😃 😃 yhe niche wala dhek lena ek baar ager aapke pass time ho to. sayad kuch kaam aajye interview nikalne mein !!! In the past few days, I embarked on an exciting journey in the job market, applying for frontend developer roles at six different companies. Out of these, four companies reached out for interviews. While I didn't make it through the second interview round at one company, I successfully cleared the first round at the remaining three. Each company then gave me a screening assignment to test my skills. For one company, I was tasked with creating a social media web application using React, Redux, Redux-Thunk, REST APIs, Axios, and SCSS. Thanks to my strong skills in these technologies, I completed the project successfully and am now awaiting my HR interview. Fingers crossed they liked my work! Another two companies assigned me to build a to-do list and an employee list project. Although these projects seemed simple at first glance, they turned out to be quite challenging. However, I managed to complete them effectively using React, Redux, Redux-Thunk, REST APIs, Axios, and CSS. The third company, where I cleared both the interview and assignment rounds, wanted me to work on a proprietary tool with minimal coding. Considering my preference for more coding-intensive work, I decided to pass on this opportunity. Additionally, I am thrilled to share that I have secured an internship as a Fullstack Web Developer! It's been a whirlwind of a week, and I am excited about the opportunities ahead. #JobSearch #FrontendDeveloper #WebDevelopment #React #Redux #CareerJourney #Tech #Internship

❓ Why is it so hard to find a job as a Junior Frontend Developer JS or Junior Full Stack Developer JS without commercial experience? 🤷♀️ Hi everyone, I've been trying to find a job as a Junior Frontend Developer JS or Junior Full Stack Developer JS for quite some time, but I keep encountering the same issue – employers require commercial experience. It feels like a catch-22: to get a job, you need experience, but to get experience, you need a job. 🤔 Questions for you: ➡️ 1. Why is it so difficult to find a job without commercial experience? I understand that companies want proof of skills, but everyone has to start somewhere. 🧐 ➡️ 2. What reasons might employers have for this policy? Maybe I'm missing something and need to look at the situation from a different perspective. 🤔 ➡️ 3. Where and how can I get this commercial experience? What steps would you recommend to increase my chances of getting hired? 🚀 😊 I would appreciate any advice, personal stories, or recommendations on this topic. How did you overcome this issue at the early stages of your career? Thanks! ❤ #JuniorDeveloper #Frontend #FullStack #JobSearch #CareerAdvice #CommercialExperience #OpenSource #Internship #ITJobs #DeveloperCommunity
