It serves as an early warning system, alerting operators to potential bearing seizure issues during engine operation. They possess the unique capability to compensate for various factors, including engine speed, crankcase temperature, and engine deflections resulting from vessel maneuvers or cargo loading. We calculate cross values variation using our program, and our system features auto-calibration for the first 500 hours of engine running. Data is automatically logged and various errors are calculated, with the system adjusting the micro sensing units to realign the values.
