Many techies hide under the umbrella of being 'introverted.' But the plain truth is that many of them do not know how to blow their own trumpet! This isn't about bragging on social media. Or Showing off that you are living the tech bro or sis' dream life. I mean, telling your story in a way that transforms you from the 'regular' into a force that attracts a certain audience, and building your reputation into a personal brand that people want to collaborate and work with. Don't be that techie who works round the clock, builds amazing projects, and never gets recognized for it. No matter where you are in your tech career (newbie, intermediate, or expert level), being able to own and tell your story can set you apart from the crowd. We may have 1 million GenZ developers, but trust me when I say there would only be a few who stand out due to how well they've built their personal brand.
