While having a conversation with customers at Ditto Insurance, I have observed that they keep their preferences on the table. They have their concepts very clear on what makes a good insurance plan. I believe the marketing and content team at Ditto Insurance has a great contribution in this. The team has delivered quality content. The website’s UI is simple, the language is clear, interactive and unbiased. And not to forget how informative the Youtube channel is. Since some customer come with a clarity of what they want, advisors task becomes comparatively easier. This also prevents customers from get overwhelmed with all the information in 30 minutes. This enhances customer experience. This post is a shout out to everyone who is behind marketing, website, and content creation who have made customers and advisors life a little easy. I always heard that joining a start up gives you an idea of how business works.
