In Brief how to give feedback 💡 Stick to specifics. Statements that are broad like I didn't like it are confusing and no one will be able to fix what you didn't like. 💡Avoid generalisations like "You always" or "You nevet" after all no one is always wrong and no one is never right . 💡Replace the words "You should" with "You could" If the aim of our feedback is to see improvements then we should always be specific and suggest to the person how he or she can improve in order to get the result we want.

Start now Almost anything you do today, you were once scared of doing. And what got you from fear to doing it confidently was this: Action.🚀 If you are willing to: - Look stupid 🤪 - Ask dumb questions ❓ - Get yourself into rooms where you know the least 🏛️ - Take action before having it all figured out 🔍 If you do that for long enough, you will grow your business. (This also includes taking feedback and iterating when something doesn’t work.) It isn’t complicated; it just requires many hours of work on the things that matter. Finding the things that matter happens by doing things that don’t. You’re only going to figure it out by taking action. So whatever you've been waiting for, this is your call to do it! There will never be a better time than now to take action. ⏰✨

Absolutely, feedback is crucial for leadership effectiveness. It helps individuals understand their strengths and areas for improvement, which can lead to personal and professional growth. Effective feedback should be specific, timely, and constructive, focusing on behaviors rather than personal attributes. Leaders who master this skill can create a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within their teams. #CSIMGT725. #ProfTimRN
