Singapore, get ready for the champagne event of the year! UPDATE: Early bird tickets are SOLD OUT This Champagne Day, Friday 25 October, I'm bringing together 11 exceptional producers for a very special harvest dinner at SO France. Guests will be welcomed with a champagne trail in which they can explore 27 wines from the Côte des Bar all the way up to the Massif St Thierry, before sitting at long communal tables and sharing a hearty three course meal inspired by the traditional harvest dishes. Dinner wines will be rare coteaux champenois, or served from jeroboams blind. There may, or may not be some games of options, and the definitely will be plenty of good cheer and lots of surprises during the evening! I have 2 early bird tickets left!
