When I first walked into this cozy café in Sault Ste. Marie, I could tell it had potential. The owner, Sarah, had put her heart into creating a warm and inviting space, with a menu full of locally sourced ingredients and unique dishes. But despite all her efforts, the foot traffic wasn’t where it needed to be, and she was finding it hard to keep things going. Sarah knew she needed help with digital marketing but wasn’t sure where to start. I offered to step in, confident that we could make a difference. Over a cup of coffee, she shared her vision and what made her café special. I could see how much she cared about it, and I knew that by bringing that story online, we could attract the right crowd. We began by building an Instagram and Facebook presence that captured the café's cozy vibe, featuring her best dishes—from her maple-glazed scones to her homemade soups. We also set up targeted ads to reach local food lovers and visitors passing through Sault Ste. Marie. I revamped her website to be simple yet inviting, with photos that made you want to stop by for a coffee as soon as you saw them. Within a few months, things started to change. Sarah began to see new faces who’d say, “I saw you online and had to come try it out!” Her regulars started sharing their experiences on social media, tagging the café, and that word-of-mouth boost was priceless. Her sales began to climb, and for the first time in a while, she felt optimistic about her business. Helping Sarah turn things around reminded me why I love what I do. Her café became a local favorite, not just because of the coffee or the food, but because we were able to share her story and connect with people who appreciated it. #DigitalMarketing #GoogleAds #MarketingStrategy #SmallBusinessSuccess #LeadGeneration #MarketingTips #BusinessGrowth #ClientSuccess #AdOptimization #OnlineAdvertising

I get disappointed when I check a coffee shop's or restaurant's social media accounts and notice their outdated content. As a big foodie, I love seeing delicious food and drink posts! 📸 Social media is a free tool for promoting your small business. Use it! It’s the fastest and most cost-effective way to reach new customers and keep them engaged. So, please take advantage of it and show off what you’re offering… And yes, I know it’s challenging to stay consistent when you have so many plates in the air… I still believe it pays off with time. What are your thoughts? P.S. I don't drink coffee (just occasionally), but I love coffee shops and usually have freshly squeezed orange juice... 🍹🍊😊 #smallbusinesstips #standoutandthrive #socialmediamarketing

The power of giving for "free." ☕️☕️☕️ Today, there was an opening launch for a newly opened espresso bar near my place, and I've been carefully checking how they are going to market their new espresso bar. To give you more info on this, the place they opened the espresso bar doesn't quite fit that vibe. So I was interested in knowing how they were going to promote their business. One day, I saw their sign: "Giving a coffee for free from 11 am - 3 pm, on Sep 26th, 2024." It was interesting, and I wanted to check how many people would come by during that time. The results? We had to wait at least 30 minutes to grab a cup of coffee, and the coffee taste was spot on. I observed the customers at the coffee shop and the online presence of the coffee shop and noticed that the customers were just happy to volunteer to make their reviews online. Some even called their friends to come and purchase additional coffees or desserts, happily paying for them, and shared pictures of the coffee shop on their social media. Sometimes, we often think about "how to market" our products/services too seriously. But once you shift your mindset to how to let people know how good your product/service is, I believe everything will come together. This is your reminder today: if you are reading this post to this sentence, then it's your time to give something for free to your audience. It could be your insights through social media posts, or you can offer some free consultations/trial products to make it go viral. 😉 #GTMMarketing #HowToGoViral #Marketing #localMarketing #SocialMediaMarketing

Who doesn't love pizza!? 😍 I wanted to share my latest project with you - a pizza restaurant's Instagram feed grid. As a social media manager, I know how crucial it is to create a cohesive social presence that showcases a brand's identity, style, and values. Your feed is the first impression potential customers get of your restaurant, which can make or break their decision to book a table. 🍕 Today, most people turn to social media to get a glimpse of the restaurant's *experience*. That's why a well-designed feed is essential for any business looking to attract new customers and build a solid online presence. ✨ If you know someone who needs a social media boost or if you want a personalized feed plan for your business, send me a message! :)
