What are the Educational, Health, or Economic benefits to the Players and their Families for his participation in any additional “NON-SCHOLARSHIP” private third-party postseason football games that pay the Universities and the Conferences for the use of their free labor to put on these highly profitable Bowl events. These additional 1-5 POSTSEASON games are also over the Players’ 12 game athletic scholarship agreement? The answer is ZERO! Our Proposal offers Major Benefits in all three Categories to the Players and their Families! The roughly 7,800 Bowl eligible Scholarship Football Players are owed Hundreds of Millions of dollars from this year’s Media contract that uses the Players’ Name, Image, and Likeness NIL without any equitable financial consideration to the Players or their Families! This lost Money could have a major impact on these Players lives, the lives of their current and future family members for generations? We do not support, or agree with the House vs NCAA Settlement or the current covert attempts to extend and expand this current Antitrust Cartel exploiting our young mostly minority FB &BB labor that the US Supreme Court and Federal District Court have recently struck down as illegal and implausible.

📈GIOVEDÌ DI ANALISI 📈 How important is monitoring training load for each individual player? ⚽📊 In modern football, load management is crucial not only for optimizing performance but also for injury prevention. This is why we use tools like RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), collected through Google Forms, to gather data directly from our players. 📈 What does this graph show? The chart compares acute load (blue) and chronic load (green) for each player, listed alphabetically from A to Z (names hidden for privacy). The red line represents the ACWR (Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio), a key indicator to evaluate the risk of overload. 👉 Insights from the graph: Higher green bars indicate a good chronic load level, reflecting consistent and sustainable training. The blue sections show acute load, representing recent training peaks that, if too high compared to the chronic load, may increase the risk of injury. The red line (ACWR) highlights whether a player is in the risk zone (values above 1.5) or in the safe zone (around 1). ⚠️ Constant monitoring allows for data-driven decisions and customized workload adjustments, improving both individual and team performance. 🔗 #DataAnalysis #YouthFootball #SportsPerformance #TrainingLoad #InjuryPrevention #RPE #FootballScience #ACWR #PlayerMonitoring #Analytics

The reality of people who harm being involved in sport is a challenge and something which must be managed effectively. However policies and procedures which are blanket approaches will not assist in safeguarding decision making because of the complexities of each case. These complexities are linked with type of harm, is the harm within the sport / external / both, age of person of concern, current / non recent, convicted / being investigated/ found not guilty/ never investigated by statutory services and the list goes on. Alongside someone who has been harmed / alleging they have been harmed and if they are within the sport / external. Fundamentally there is a need for sports to have appropriate investigation and risk assessment processes in place to manage possible risk without causing further trauma and harm. This panel is preceded by The Army of Survivors and Joanna Maranhão highlighting the victim/ survivor/ affected person perspectives This panel then seeks to raise awareness to the complexity of the subject and consider what is good practice and what needs to be in place for effective management of risk. I am joined by an incredible panel Sarah Ochwada , Paul Stephenson and Simon Bailey CBE, QPM, DL all of whom bring a unique perspective as well as my own experience in assessing and managing sexual, violent and domestic abusive persons . So if you are involved at any level of safeguarding and decision making in sport this conference will generate stimulating discussion and inform safe sport going forward

Did you know that the risk of non-contact injuries in professional football can be up to two times higher than baseline levels right after players return to play? According to research by Zhang et al., this elevated risk can persist for up to four weeks following a return-to-play (RTP). This insight is crucial for sport professionals, as it underscores the importance of closely monitoring players during this vulnerable period to mitigate further injuries. What strategies are you implementing to enhance RTP protocols? Stay informed on the latest findings by subscribing at https://lnkd.in/gf5BJXMe.
