𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 2025 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞! 🚀 | 𝐂𝐈𝐧𝐈’𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐯𝐧𝐢 Kicked off the year by listening to the CInI - Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives, Tata Trusts team share how they’ve been using Avni—and it was incredibly validating and energising! A few moments that stood out for me: 🌱 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬: It wasn’t just the PoCs sharing feedback (who usually drive #digitisation and are optimistic about it), but also frontline users across different roles talking about how Avni is working for them. 🌱 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 Avni 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬: Divya Jyoti Tirkey shared how CInI shifted to Avni after trying other products, including a custom app. Hearing that they’re happy with Avni reaffirmed that we’re on the right path. 🌱 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Durgi, who uses our Android app, pointed out some of the features (https://lnkd.in/dx9svR2B) she finds most helpful: • Well-organised forms for smooth data entry. • Visit reminders for due/overdue tasks with flexibility for unplanned visits. • Offline data entry for remote fieldwork. • Uploading images directly through the app. • Adding data for multiple classrooms easily (Repeatable Question Groups). • Quick access to past data entries. 🌱 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Imtiyaz, who role involves supervision, shared how app filters help him review data faster and plan monthly activities more efficiently. 🌱 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: sukhdev mahto talked about how learning Metabase and creating 200+ reports was a valuable growth opportunity for him. It’s a reminder that self-service isn’t just about saving costs—it #empowers teams and makes them more self-reliant. 🌱 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 & 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Sukhdev also spoke about how our structured development and support process is working well for them, which felt like a huge validation of our approach. I’ve recently been tuning into some thought-provoking conversations, and the episode of the WTF Podcast featuring Nandan Nilekani has been an eye-opener! His insights on technology, governance, and the future of India’s digital landscape are truly inspiring. Nandan Nilekani is an Indian entrepreneur, co-founder of Infosys, and the architect of Aadhaar, the world's largest biometric ID system. After graduating from IIT Bombay, he co-founded Infosys in 1981 and served as its CEO from 2002-2007, helping it grow into a global IT leader. In 2009, he led the UIDAI to implement Aadhaar, transforming India's digital landscape. He briefly entered politics in 2014, contesting elections with the Indian National Congress, and returned to Infosys as Chairman in 2017. He is also a philanthropist and author of "Imagining India." The way he connects technological innovation with solving large-scale societal problems is something we can all learn from. It's amazing to hear from someone who's played such a pivotal role in shaping the digital infrastructure of India through initiatives like Aadhaar. If you're interested in technology, governance, or just love hearing from forward-thinkers, I highly recommend giving this episode a listen! 🎧 #NandanNilekani #DigitalIndia #Innovation #Technology #Leadership #WTFPodcast

🌍 Kickstarting a Sustainable Future: The Role of CSR in Modern Business 🌱 As businesses grow, so does their responsibility towards society. CSR has evolved from voluntary acts of charity into a key driver of business strategy, impacting everything from brand reputation to financial performance. 📊 In 2022, 90% of S&P 500 companies published sustainability reports, a huge leap from 20% in 2011, showing the growing importance of transparency and accountability. In India, CSR is more than a legal requirement—it’s a legacy, deeply rooted in ancient values of giving back to society. From Tata Group’s century-long commitment to Infosys Foundation’s work in education and rural development, there are countless stories of how corporate philanthropy is shaping communities. 💪 But it’s not enough to just spend—CSR needs to be strategic, transparent, and impactful. Perfect click at office today with the backdrop of a sunset. Analogy I will be using here is that we are at the fag end of a excellent 2024 as we welcome a wonderful 2025. Its true when some say that its just change in the Year(a mere number) but nothing else. However, its the other way round for many. At the beginning of every New Year, its common to come up with New Year Resolutions but yes, the year that passes is not a mere year but an entire journey of learning and experiences to make them even better in the coming new year. Amidst the hustle & bustle almost every day, the year has been a mad crazy ride giving no time to look back but only a way ahead on what's more to achieve. I love the turbulent ride full of miracles and milestones achieved and yet to be achieved. Moving from Cloud & Infrastructure Services to MS Practice itself has been a big shift for me and I am loving the new challenges. Infosys Hyderabad DC began this year by winning the first ever #InfyTribe Cricket Tournament Championship. Also, Infosys Hyderabad DC hosted the first ever #InfyTribe Football Tournament too. Also, had an opportunity to be part of the TEDxHyderabad organizing team this year along with an amazing group. We closed this year with #INFYusion2024 which also put Infosys Hyderabad in the top 5 which means we have a healthy race to fight for the top spot in the coming years. In terms of CSR, Infosys has set a benchmark by creating a record of 200000+ Seedballs across 20 DC's in a single day. At Hyderabad itself, we supported 32000+ beneficiaries across various activities in 52 weeks and 100 events in the year. Our biggest achievement is distributing 500 Infosys Springboard setup tabs distributed across Telangana state within 4 weeks supporting 7750 beneficiaries. Receiving the award on behalf of my organization from the Governor of Telangana - "Corporate Excellence in CSR".(Thanks to Grace Cancer Foundation), Nirmaan Organization for the bold initiatives that we have taken up this year, The Rainwater Project for the successes we have been seeing in the stepwell renovation space, Invisible Scars Foundation - another prestigious project that began this year, #BlueCrossOfHyderabad - We venture again into Animal Welfare post pandemic, United Way of Hyderabad - Rural Medical Infrastructure support and the list is endless. I know I am ending the year on the highest of the high's while I also know that I and we have a long way to go to create larger impacts on the society as a whole which eventually means we will again start on a blank page from the ground. Immensely grateful to all my leaders who have been extremely supportive - Manisha Saboo Vidyasagar Pavoor Raghu Boddupally Shaji Mathew Sushanth Tharappan Raghavendra Kadkol Shashi Dhar Reddy Pranab Bhardwaj Ravi Appayya Suresh Narra Padmaja Ramani Ramu Narla Karunamoy Kondru Ram Prasad Vadde Venkata Subrahmanyam Ravinuthala Vani V.
